Voodoo Festival is located at Crouchers Orchards/The Cider House Kitchen, look out for the signs when driving. From the A27 at Chichester, take the exit towards the Witterings from the Stockbridge roundabout. Drive PAST the entrance to Crouchers Hotel, the festival entrance is just beyond that, on the left hand side. If you get to the entrance to the Cider House Kitchen Restaurant carpark, you've gone a little too far.

No, you don’t but it may add to your enjoyment of the day! People either go all out and dress up in the theme, or just a nod to the theme with a hat or T-shirt design, or just come as you are. Either way, everyone is welcomed and all we ask is that you come wearing a smile!
Themes this year are the usual 'Voodoo', with the additional twist of the elements - so anytihng Fire, Water, Ice, Air and Earth. See here for Pinterest board ideas and inspiration : https://pin.it/16VQedO

Can I smoke onsite?

Outside, smoking or vaping is fine - Please use the ashtrays provided around the site. The legislation regarding smoking inside public places applies to tented venues in the same way it does at your favourite club or pub. You will be asked to finish your cigarette (including e-cigarettes) outside. Please don’t smoke or vape inside an enclosed tented venue.

Will I get phone signal and are there charging points available?
As always, the level of service depends on your network provider. Most providers have a good signal in this area. Unfortunately, there are no charging points available so please come prepared.

How can I pay on the day?

You can pay with contactless or cash, at stalls, bars and food vendors. There is no ATM on site, so please bring enough cash if this is your preferred choice of payment. There will be one cash-only bar, the others are card-only bars.

Is the site accessible?

The site is accessible to all, please note this is a grassed area so be careful about uneven surfaces. If you require disabled parking, please make it known to security staff as you arrive on site. Only blue badge holders will be accommodated. There will be accessible toilets.

Do you have a map of the site

Yes, a map is available on our website here and will be printed on a large sign at the event.

I cannot make the festival now; can I get a refund?

Sorry but we are not providing refunds, please see Skiddle for T&C’s. Anyone trying to re-sell tickets on our own Social Media pages will most likely be removed because ticket scammers operate in this way, so we cannot allow people to try and sell tickets in this way. Tickets bought or sold not directly through the Skiddle app may be invalid. Skiddle offer a ticket re-sell facility via their App/website, but only once an event sells out.

Can I leave and re-enter the site during the day?
Yes, you can, please make sure you keep wearing your wrist band and note there is no re-entry after 9pm

Can I bring my pet to the festival?

Sorry it is against the licence terms to have animals on site so please leave all pets at home. Only assistance dogs are allowed

Will there be medical care available?

Yes, there will be a clearly visible medical tent available during the festival hours.

What’s the Drug Policy?

UK law applies and drugs will not be tolerated. Searches will be carried out upon entry to the festival. If you are found with drugs you will be removed from the venue and all drugs will be confiscated, and Police may be called.
Where can I see the line up?

Please see our website or Facebook page / Instagram account for line up and set times will be published close to the event on social media.
Do you have lost property?

We do not have a designated lost property so please take care of yourself and your belongings. Any items found will be kept for 48 hours following the event finishing and then disposed of if not claimed.

Is there storage on site?

Unfortunately, we do not have lockers on site. For Stall piurchases you can take goods back to your car (if parked on site) and re-enter the site with your wristband. Or talk to stall holders as they MAY be able to look after your purchase for you until their stall closes for business at nightfall.
Can I bring my children to the festival

This festival is strictly over 21’s only, so no children allowed.
Will the festival go ahead in poor weather

Yes, rain will not stop play and living in the UK we are all used to this potential. There are plenty of tented areas to shelter from the rain and continue dancing in. However if the weather is very extreme with high winds, the welfare of our customers and staff is paramount so in the very unlikely event of adverse weather conditions we would seek safety advice and make a decision based on the safety of all patrons and staff. In the very unlikely event that the event would need to be rescheduled, all tickets would be valid for the rescheduled date, or refunds offered.

Is there somewhere to watch the Euros?

Yes, should England still be in the competition, we will provide coverage of the England match(es) only for your viewing pleasure in the TV/Chill lounge.

Can I buy a festival ticket on the day?

As a responsible event organiser, it is necessary to make sure we have enough staff and facilities for the public numbers of attendance. So we ask you to please buy your tickets at least several days in advance as this helps us to ensure we have the right number of security, staff and toilet facilities for the tickets sold. So the answer is - possibly, yes, you may be able to buy a limited number of tickets on the door, but we cannot guarantee this. It will depend on the level of staffing and toilets that have been decided upon several days before, based on the ticket sales at that point. So we urge you not to buy last minute - but please buy in advance where possible to avoid any disappointment. And you will also need to buy a car park pass if you want to park on site. They may be available on the day if space, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Can I have a stall on the day?

Yes, we still have some availability for stalls, however these are proving popular, so don't hang around! You will need your own Gazebo & table/display equipment, Public Liability Insurance and will need to complete a booking form with Risk Assessment section, and pay the pitch fee. For more info, please email Emma on emma@media-circus.net
Can I bring camping chairs, rugs and mats?

There will be plenty of seating provided including wooden garden tables & chairs, bean bags and garden rugs, but of course feel free to bring your own rugs and mats. No camping chairs or folding chairs as these could be used as a weapon. Please also make sure you take them home with you, even if returning the next day.
