• If you place an order for tickets, a record of your transaction will be recorded.

Competition Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Voodoo Festival, emma@media-circus.net

​

Eligibility: Open to residents of United Kingdom, aged 21 years or over, excluding employees of Voodoo Festival and their immediate families, affiliated companies, or any other individuals professionally associated with the competition.

​

Competition Period: The competition begins on Saturday 17th February 2024 and ends on Tues 27th February 2024.

​

Entry Requirements: Entrants must follow the entry procedure as detailed on Instagram & Facebook. Multiple entries per person are not permitted but 'sharing' gets an extra entry if a screenshot is sent to our social media contact points. No purchase necessary.

​

Prizes: The prize(s) will be as described in the competition details. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

​

Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.

​

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via personal message on the Social Media platform they enetered with,  within 2 weeks of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within a further 2 weeks (so one month from the ened of the competition), we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Data Protection and Privacy: Personal data supplied during the course of this competition may be passed on to third-party suppliers only insofar as required for the fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.

Publicity Rights: Entrants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.

Limitation of Liability: Voodoo Festival is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

Compliance with Social Media Platforms: This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform used. You are providing your information to Voodoo Festival and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy  - see above.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This competition will be governed by UK law and entrants to the competition submit to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.

Amendments: Voodoo Festival reserves the right to cancel, change or amend the competition or these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Cancellation or Variation of Competition: Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes relating to this competition will be resolved by Voodoo Festival, and the decision of Voodoo Festival is final and binding.

Disclaimer: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.

Final Acknowledgement: By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
